I found where the bikers and trolleybuses were; Wellington NZ. Presumably the Airport is nearby, as NAC was New Zealand National Airways Corporation, now defunct.

Dame Patricia was 24 when Laxdale Hall was made, and in her early 30s when she appeared in Coronation Street for a few episodes in 1961 as café proprietor, Sylvia Snape, below. The lady in the clip is too old to have been her.
