So, in a more recent cooking adventure, I've tried to make cheese curd for the first time and, personally, it was a big success. 4 litres of milk gives around 500 grams of cheese. The bacteria used gave a faint vanilla yogourt smell and a pleasant light sour-ish taste. Cheese got eaten in a day.

So, in 2017, Tim decided to tease the Canadians with a doughnut poutine on Canada's day. An interesting idea that had to be improved by moi. Thanks, Tim! The result was somewhat quite sweet.
