There's a post on the bird site that states - "The Xenomorph invasion of Japan, 1764. #Aliens sumi-e painting by Ike Taiga." However, that can't be true given the artist was born and died in the 18th century.
As of right now, without digging further, it is unclear the artist.

I found the following. Which you probably have read, I'm assuming.

Also, the above option doesn't require logging in and out.
And you can stop what's playing, say, on your computer from your phone and vice versa.
But again, my experience isn't yours (simultaneous, identical, audio playback on two devices).

A couple thoughts.
1. From your phone via Spotify. Select the icon in the progress bar (bottom) and select your phone (under Don't see your device?).
2. I have Local Device visibility checked.
3. I have a Premium account (one-user). Not seeing your issue.
