8 years ago Fruits of The Forest was born after leaving 28 yrs in NHS. I had 1 clear aim to help children & families grow in health & happiness. To this day it remains at the core of all I do. It's been a slog & never did I imagine that 8 years on, I would still be here! What a great job I have!

Getting my head back into work mode & reflecting on what the children's evaluation of forest school! I'm so lucky to let children lead their learning and a play that they want to and if I can bring them a bit of joy then I'm pretty content! #forestschool #play

Every year I aim to do 100 runs in a year. This year was way behind but middle 🐥 pushed me to believe I could! 24 runs so far this month and just finished run 99! Just. One. More. Maybe my head is stronger than I thought! Great start to 2025, I hope! #runchat #HNY #strava

Volunteers are ace. These amazing folk mean I can offer a high ratio of staff to children in forest school. They bring so much joy and energy to my sessions, so I treated them to afternoon tea to say thank you! #gratitude #volunteers
