It could be an opportunity to reward those who don't usually get recognition. Those who work hard to lay the foundations in this sport and to uplift young athletes. Instead I already had enough of the best coach thing when mie hamada was on the list again....

If they put in even the tiniest amount of effort it could be so great. What have Ilias parents actually done to deserve best coach? I have no idea. I know of 2 people they coach. Instead it could go to even maybe a learn to skate coach who's having a new approach or smth yk what i mean?

True. But it's still so weird how they're handling this competition...why do we have to pay for synchro worlds but not the other worlds? Why restrict access here?

Isu awards would be such a great opportunity to highlight the great work and dedication of so many in this sport instead of shoving more recognition and trophies up the asses of those already on top
