I know it won't happen, but Ohio residents need to read the new budget bill that both houses of the legislature just passed and sent to Dewine. It's provisions hurt almost everyone in Ohio, regardless of what they think of public education.

I understand that a bill will soon be introduced in the Ohio legislature that would require a 60% voter approval to pass school levies and other service providers. The legislature tried to do this several years ago when reproductive rights were put on the ballot. Another attempt to harm public ed.

The Republicans in the House held hearings at 1:00 AM to finalize their secret budget bill. CBO said this morning that the bill will cut 500 BILLION dollars from Medicare. Where are the "budget hawks" that the Republicans claim to be. Let's see how voters react to that come 2026.

What is going on with CNN. It's bad enough that you can't read the articles without climbing past dozens of commercials but now you must pay to read almost ANYTHING on their site. I am disgusted after years of reading CNN. Anyone agree?
