Oh god, and beans are very high in FODMAP.

Unfortunately I think the only thing to do would be to learn how to cook, if you don't want to starve 😥 There are no pre-packaged low FODMAP food out there, I have to make everything from scratch (desserts, pizzas, dressings, gravy, sauces, dips, etc.).

Restaurants are tough on the low FODMAP diet. The only things I can eat at restaurants are french fries or sushi (no tempura, no spicy mayo)

For breakfast you can still eat eggs, bacon, gluten-free toasts/pancakes/waffles, peanut butter, lactose-free butter and yogurt, berries, kiwi, overnight oats

These 2 products (powders) can replace garlic and onion powders in recipes and they have zero FODMAP. I use them a lot + the infused oils in my cooking.

You can also use green onions and leeks !
