Also please dont make unprompted edits of peoples art, it's rude and honestly a bit violating. I get that criticism is important to grow, but taking it upon one's self to alter someone's art without permission isn't cool. Please see this as a learning opportunity and have a good day

I think the proportions are intentional; the small head and mega fluff is because he's a fox and the artist's style leans into exemplifying these aspects.
