"Best Family Game" is something that I think has continually been a problem. It's a catch-all for games that essentially denotes nothing. It's never been clear what "Family" means in terms of what makes something eligible. You'd think it was E rated games, but Split Fiction is rated T.

Based partially on personal preference and true GGOAT thoughts:

Lastly, a closer look at the TokTOKs (or robochimps). Although they're likely more adjacent to some of the other worlds, I've always associated them with Zootopia due to their prevalence there.
It was a challenge to work so small, but I think I got all of their important details in.

The hat (seen in the prior post) was tricky to get right, but I'm very happy with the outcome.
Detailing of his jacket and fur were interesting to work out due to the perspective and materials.
Each area of Zootopia is represented by something around Fat Cat, some a bit more than others.

The font is inspired by SMBA's logo font.
Each TokTOK is pointing in a cardinal direction inspired by the game's chants relying on those directions.
Fat Cat's general positioning is based on the statue of him in game though his double thumbs-up is inspired by a pose he strikes in a cutscene.

For me personally, the open world elements provide an actual reason to go back and play MKW whereas with other Mario Karts I'd only really choose to play it if I explicitly felt like playing more Mario Kart. I'm a fairly casual MK enjoyer though compared to other things, so that could just be me.
