Charlotte isn't even that different. The movie more clearly establishes her motives, but her aggression toward all adults except Afton dates back to FNAF 2.
Movie Charlotte is just Game Charlotte, but her death lines up with her motive.

Think it's worth bringing up again: Charlotte had robotics experience, enough to help Abby finish a project she couldn't do alone. So Abby going into robotics would reinforce that connection
Also, she did literally see Charlotte within Abby at the end of the second movie...

You do realize seeing the MCI means seeing The Puppet come in afterward to give them life, right? Which perfectly explains Charlie being sixth, he saw the main five, then he saw Charlie come in later.
