And I would argue that, considering that guns are the number 1 cause of death of children, and we have SIGNIFICANTLY more deaths than anywhere else, and gun control is proven, re-interpreting the Constitution (again) is long overdue, dear literalists.

I'm aware of that interpretation, which is as of a decision in the 1990s. The 2nd amendment=more of a national guard, and most definitely didn't refer to machine guns, which I specified.
But the point was violent crimes against the Constitution is unconstitutional, too, or negates it entirely.

But gods forbid anyone interpret it to ban machine guns or allow abortion, the Constitution is sacred.
