We were happy to host the 1st #GIN-TONIC
(Group on #Insect #Nutrition) #COST Action meeting at the @uniinnsbruck.social.uibk.ac.at.ap.brid.gy. 58 participants representing 23 countries came together for two days of productive discussions and planning for the coming year.

Our paper on the effects of #larval #thermogenesis in #labscale trials is officially out in @cp-iscience.bsky.social.

Very interesting visit to the RiEnergy ESCO SRL #anaerobicdigestion plant to conclude the #CIRAGRO summer school in Naples. The plant generates #biogas (500 m3/h) and high-value #biofertilizer (50,000 tons/y) from some of the #manure produced by the ~350,000 #buffalos in the area.
