dict(one=1, two=2, three=3)
dict({'one': 1, 'three': 3}, two=2)
dict(one=1, two=2, three=3)

a == b == c
is actually evaluated as
(a == b) and (b == c)
which is different than something like
1 + 2 + 3
which gets evaluated as
(1 + 2) + 3
