Back to loving how she's taking shape now.............

Thought I wanted to play with ink for her hair but couldn't quite get it to a place where I was loving it.................. so covered over the next morning with gesso.
Happens.
Sometimes the art in your head doesn't quite take shape and you have to keep trying.

So in love with the texture it created!!!!

Finally getting around to playing with a new to me art product. One of my SIL's gave this to me quite a while ago.

Finally making our way thru all the ice covering our walkways and driveway. Snow today and then a few days of above 0C so that ice HAS to finally go!

Gentle reminder on this cold day that Spring will be here again......... and who doesn't love a full candy jar in their studio space as well ;)

During the studio shift around, rediscovered these and will be dusting them off to see what I can begin applying to the social media feeds.
I found them useful when I first got them and truthfully just became slack :/

January has been the month I gave myself for a revamping of my studio space within my home. Placing artwork from my friends and family up has me smiling.
