Agree but just wondering why we aren’t seeing more H5N1 deaths from direct RM consumption. Unless maybe lack of reporting?

Sincere question: if H5N1 is reported in all wasteH20 monitoring locations in CA (which leads us to believe it’s rampant) and raw milk is still being consumed in CA, shouldn’t we be seeing “raw milk deaths” by now with such a high mortality rate?

Does this mean the vaccine they’re working on might provide some protection but since it’s not H5N1 specific it won’t directly affect the virus in its current sequencing? Not sure if I’m using the correct terminology-not a scientist. Also, seems good they aren’t using eggs to create the vaccine, no?
