Agreed. Plus I feel like the datacenters are in a boom cycle for "AI", and it's gonna bust soonish. Then we'll just be stuck with a bunch of huge empty buildings that we subsidized and are now a net loss.

This is so sad. I know that intersection too and even as an experienced cyclist it's challenging! The lack of a good north-south bike infrastructure is really disappointing. 42nd Ave S would be a good choice since it has 2 schools on that road.

Don't blame the typer, blame your employer for having a crappy office design. I despise open offices. If the typing is too loud, then you'll be even more distracted when they have to take a phone call, talk to a coworker etc
