if you get to the maximum limit of reports ita very hard to believe it was one guy salty at you. also i am not saying "make his pc explode". i am just saying that if someone has been reported literally as much as possible maybe at some point someone should have looked into it.

but in this case the bug and the issue are two separate things. the bug is an integer.overflow, the issue is that apparently nobody gets ever banned in the game. fixing the integer overflow doesnt fix the problem

i mean yeah ok but if the point of a reporting system is to provide a better user experience i can guarantee you that the last 9 people that reported this player didnt have the desired user experience

to be fair if someone is queuing while being close to the integer limit you set for how many times hes reported maybe there is something you forgot to do as part of your reporting system
