So in Shadow Dragon, you get a bunch of generic units if enough people die (I am having them die on purpose). This generic Mercenary is worse than Caesar 😭

It would make sense for Contact Fusion to be considered Fusion Summoning.

Not quite. ygo is anal with wording. Gladiator Beast, for example. Do a method called Contact Fusion (shuffling into the deck). Despite it summoning a monster from the Extra Deck, that is just counted as a Special Summon, not a Fusion Summon since it doesn't say it gets Fusion Summoned.

I'm testing to see the amount of enemies that are thrown at you to see how the Switch vs Switch 2's performance is.
The left side (Switch) has a lower kill count than the right side (Switch 2). Which leads me to believe that the Switch 2 spawns more enemies.

Not a side scroller, but Final Fantasy has nice backgrounds both in and out of battle screens. This example is the forest leading up to a Phantom Train you explore before the Phantom Train attacks you. Extra detail is that they are all facing away from the train because it is chasing them!
