Wikipedia's first ever Irish flag uses these colours
The second, third, fourth and fifth sources on fotw "Flags and Anthems Manual London 2012", "The Flag Manual - Beijing 2008", "The Album des Pavillons 2023" and vexilla mundi also back this up

"An official document (115 kbyte PDF file) describing the protocol to be observed when displaying the Irish national flag gives Pantone colours for green 347, and orange 151." - Dean McGee"

the first linked source is dead but, the wayback machine doesnt have any saved snapshots from before

one of the sources for this flag is this 2019 pdf from the government of Ireland, which yes, does say the colours are the current day wikipedia ones
web.archive.org/web/20200213...
the other source however
is flagspot.net/flags/ie.htm...
which is fotw
but fotw gives this flag at the top of the page
