I understand that but think a lot of “what’s going on” on social media esp these days is deeply distorted and designed to make you feel bad. the social aspect is the toughest part to leave behind bc online friends are great. only reason I’m still here is to look at cool art but have to sift thru bs

no reason to feel guilty about protecting your state of mind imo
