Payment processors have gone out of control on their censorship campaigns.

currently testing palettes for Dungeon 5 (Dark Forest).
Note the monochrome, hee hee.

(the transition won't be so abrupt in the actual game, i just need to get the color transition right first.)

getting back into the grind of making battle backgrounds... this is one for the Forest dungeon.
There's a lot of these, will be trying to finish one a day until they're all ready!

Been a while, hasn't it.
Honestly, I've been taking an extended break from Moonchild development- after the demo came out, I just kind of crashed hard out of sheer burnout.

Expect more frequent dev updates to resume in january next year- I'll probably have recovered my energy by then.

On a related note, Moonchild broke 600 wishlists recently.
I know chasing numbers going up isn't really a good mindset but seeing that 600 people cared enough about this game enough to do that brings me joy.

Will try my best to finish the full game, hopefully it won't take as exorbitantly long.

I freely admit that despite the Moonchild demo's general polish (relatively speaking), there were still a few things I wasn't able to finish on time for release.

Trying to go back and finish those few things in time for Next Fest in February, but dragging myself out of the burnout hole is difficult

Scratch that, new patch is gonna be delayed a tad to rework the Analyze skill on the coding side (and fill in the missing descriptions, heh.)

New patch coming soon to fix a bug involving the Analyze skill that made it so it would prevent enemies from attacking.

Figure I should introduce myself.
I'm an indie game dev with way too many ideas, trying to finish the one i'm currently on, MOONCHILD (year 2000s earthbound with conspiracy theory theming and plenty of pop culture references)

Will probably post here more often in the future.
