Ok, mediation failed (MWC wanted mediation to succeed -- they want money). the Lawsuit was brought by PAC re pouching fees and MWC has a motion to dismiss which will be heard on Sept 9th. Likely will fail. This thing won't be settled for a long time. Good luck, UNLV.
