Do this every time. Park it right or get it towed, and do t forget to feed the meter. Blocking a private drive violates muni code and vehicle code. These pretend police can call an Uber if they’re too lazy to walk back wherever they came from.
ICE got their unmarked vehicle towed while two masked men pinned a woman face down on the ground. She later needed medical attention.
