I was telling one of the doctors I worked with that I woke up drenched in sweat, heart racing and couldn’t organize my thoughts. She sent me home with an Ativan prescription and referral for counselling. I truly did not know I had an attack until she talked me through it.

I’ll never look at a hard boiled egg the same again. 💩 🤣
