I've been thinking a lot about the temporary nature of our lives on the internet with the approaching (maybe) TikTok ban. It feels like we will never a have a home on the web.
We Will Never Have a Home On Social Media
Almost every social media app has a button in its toolbar to get back to the main feed: "Go Home."
But with all the recent changes, something's become clear in the past few years: we don't have a home on social media. We never did.

I purchased a $13 digital camera at my local grocery store. It says it holds 100 images on its internal storage.
Turned it on and saw it had 99 pictures left. There was a snapshot from the factory floor.
Oh and its sensor is 0.3 megapixels.
