Cook County Assessor. Running to make the property tax code work for working families.

Big corporations have been gaming the property tax system for years. When their bills go down, yours go up to make up the difference — just like a seesaw.

The system is rigged. That’s why I’m fighting to make it fairer for you.
As a scientist, Rep. Foster knows how important proof and data are to policy decisions. He’s read the reports and sees the improvements I’ve made, but there’s still work to be done to get the special interests out of our property tax system. Thanks for the support, @foster4congress.bsky.social!

It’s truly an honor to receive this endorsement. From his time in Cook County government to his decades of service in Congress, Rep. Davis has spent his entire career fighting for working families and against tax breaks for billionaires. Thank you for the support, Congressman!

In 1966, Dr. King fought for fair housing in Chicago, organizing tenants and leading marches. The Chicago Freedom Movement helped win the Fair Housing Act.

We're still fighting to make sure working families don't get crushed by a system that protects the powerful.

I’m grateful to have the support of so many Chicago leaders who are standing up for homeowners and against big corporations. Together, we can deliver real savings for working families and end property tax cuts for billionaires.

It means a lot to have such a powerful, progressive advocate in my corner. I’m proud to stand alongside Alderwoman Maria Hadden in the fight for a fairer property tax system.

Proud to receive Equality Illinois' endorsement.

I'm committed to making sure our government works fairly for everyone, no matter who you are, how you identify, or who you love.

My opponent is being bankrolled by the same special interests driving up everyone’s property tax bills: big developers and their property tax appeal lawyers.

When big developers get tax breaks they don’t deserve, homeowners have to pay more to make up the difference.
