Yeeeeahhhhh... IIRC, he was carrying water for publicized "moderation changes," the details of which I don't remember because I internalized the article as "we will continue to do random weird shit at random, and occasionally roll back when high profile white people are affected."

Noticing is different from thinking that it looks silly in such an 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘳𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦𝘭𝘺 stupid headline.

there's an umlaut, so it can't possibly be a stupid question

What a dickhead.

Strife bot, maybe? The overly literal response in this thread is suspicious.

... oh dip. I was going to protest that it only works if you do a glottal stop in place of the t's.

Then I said it out loud.

Is it surprising to you how lawyers keep getting publicly humiliated by inappropriate LLM usage?

As an outsider, the first few were understandable – especially young workers being pressured by management – but it's been years! And they keep citing fake cases! To judges!

THEY DO RESOLVE AND THAT'S BAD BUDDY PLEASE KEEP UP
November 28, 2025 at 6:12 AM
That's exactly how I took it, admittedly without seeking further context. The thread appeared to be 60% school bullying victims that evidently haven't been on the "information superhighway" long enough to have absorbed any nuance, and 40% weird dishonest clout vampires taking advantage of them.

Half of that clowncar thread got blocked for wilful obtuseness. I didn't seek out the original offense, but if they wanna work that hard not to understand a word, they're surely exhausting.

"From this number" is pulling a lot of weight there.

I think it's a matter of audience. E+ sizing is still the domain of specialty shops, even though we all know that people and tits have gotten bigger. Manufacturers are presumably trying to find ways to offer better fit and range without looking exotic to people who are tuned out.

I say skeet, but I still use old abbreviations like QT and LRT.

Bhahaha.

When I was little, my parents would try to show me animals across the street. Brown animal, brown field, wtf, maybe adults see better? They're just gonna keep bugging me, better fake it.

Maybe I would have been screwed even if I could see!

- I will unwind a thread to fix a typo, apparently
November 26, 2025 at 3:39 AM
- I have crazy hearing for my age and can't understand speech in crowds
- I enjoy mentorship and teamwork, but can't function after about four hours/three meetings
- Burnout is when I burst into tears every time someone decides not to be an obstacle
- I'm not stereotypically routine-based or orderly
November 26, 2025 at 3:39 AM
- I cannot half-ass things that I KNOW are meant to be half-assed
- I will break into (figurative) hives if someone with the power of the purse says "use your judgment" instead of giving me a goddamn guideline
- I experience a lot more distress than my peers when firm rules conflict

I haven't decided on my letters, but my teachers did say shit like "it's like she's in a bubble" about me, and I take off my coke bottles to make eye contact, so LFG:

Nope, gonna need you to do a little light embezzlement here and there.
