Agreed. It was assigned reading when I was in 8th grade; seems young to be reading about this subject matter. I only just realized it was her first suspense book, though. Kind of amazing that it launched her career!

I feel this! The other day I opened my alarms and deleted all of them because they made no sense at all! It was stressing me out!

I’ve started setting detailed reminders, like “You need to leave for [thing] in 30 minutes” but it’s so easy to ignore those, too. I don’t know what the name for this is! 😬🤣
