Naar nu blijkt waren er ook in 2024 al meerdere 'laserincidenten' tijdens de doortocht van 't Duitse fregat Baden-Württemberg door de Straat v. Taiwan. De regering van Scholz gaf daar indertijd geen ruchtbaarheid aan.
