I am horrible with this. My attention span barely exists anymore and I find myself watching the same Hbomb, Dan Olson, Caelan Conrad, Jenny...you get the picture lol over and over and over forever.

I know tons of smaller creators that do this because youtube gives zero transparency on the algorithm that your channel (and job) lives or dies by. You spend 100 hours making a video and you don't get paid because the thumbnail isn't quite right. I think its a neccesary evil for a lot of people.
