It’s only one corner of my room, but I do really love that I tried to make a place for my stuffies instead of slamming them in boxes in this place :))

Every few days I have to take Wobbles in for some TLC since his one-legged-ness is always causing me to worry he’ll decline being outside only… so today he’s relaxing in my bed with me after a warm rinse and extra protein :D listening to music and enjoying the sun <3

My quails laid their first egg!! And second actually. They’re so cute I can’t stand it… and I’m so excited to make hard boiled quail eggs 😋

I can’t stop hovering around the incubator to enjoy these little guys ; -; I like their sleek little faces so much. They remind me of chocobos so much; more than other birds I’ve reared/seen up close :))

After a 3 day hatch and some stress, we have all the healthy lil guys, and only Wobbles (as dubbed by my 6yo) was a tough hatch. They have an immobile/fused leg, but Lilipad is determined to at least give the little one a fair shake after Dolly :)

Still a bit of a WIP, but close to done :) It’s been a fun one, and really showcased how badly I need a table saw… the amount of sliiiightly angled cuts is… all. All of them. I don’t think jigsaws are made for this.

So… much progress in the coop department, though I was not much help today. I sometimes feel useless when woodworking is involved even though I enjoy it.

I finally got a chance to try those cheese chews (they’re like compressed cheese curds I believe?) and Fern is going HARD he is clearly obsesseddddd. :))) I’m glad he loves them ahhh 😌 I think they might be too hard for Ash’s old man gums though.
