The real message here is, when you DON'T stand up for the marginalized voices in your space, this is what happens. We get pushed out of the spaces and forced away. Support, even when it feels like a gesture at best, DOES matter.

I don't talk about this often, because it's a hot topic, but I used to work in the fringe legal grey area of cannabis as a breeder. I *did* have to call out transphobia constantly and ran into the same "no politics or drama" attitude constantly. I was unable to continue work because of the backlash!

Yeah!! It really scratches a sweet spot of being a legitimate criminal underground uprising story, while also satirizing it effectively, and leading to the type of goofy chaos that has been lost by both series since in a way. I kinda think SR2 may just be the peak of the AAA open world crime sandbox

GTA III Really did make open ended sandboxes like that so popular. I'd argue that Saints Row 2 is more well beloved and remembered for taking a page out of its book as Rockstar moved toward heavier scripting of scenes.

Unfortunately, the Maya were incredibly skilled stonemasons and their brickwork still holds shockingly strong. Super apt use of geometry in lots of mesoamerican architecture

It's honestly the most mechanically satisfying 3d platformer I've ever played! I've always personally felt that 3d spaces provide an especially challenging set of hurdles for devs and players in the platformer genre, and it gracefully leaps over all of them!
