It's definitely just a filter. Especially from the other projects and interviews I have watched with Benny Safdie.

I'm sure I'll get out of this slump. Still just really rough.

I'm sure this is a fairly common anxiety or thing that happens to creative people, but it really screwed with me this time like - "Oh no, this thing I've dedicated my life to for a year might actually be really bad."

Still trying to break out of it, but the thoughts just started flooding like "Oh it's not creative enough" or "This is ONLY emotional to me because I relate to it, it won't be for anyone else" just a trillion criticisms swarmed me at once.

They're asking the correct questions.
