I'm convinced search engines have been so compromised by Big AI that they no longer give even half decent results so people will have to think they need something like ChatGPT to find answers. Endlessly frustrating.

I'm just bummed I couldn't see some of these bands in their prime. BTR/Arise is one of the better 1-2 punches in a band's catalogue and the ones on either side are pretty killer too. Coincidentally I got my buddy a Cameo for his daughter's birthday and he kinda half-assed it but it was kinda funny.

Really glad you figured it out. I’m all the way down in LA and have been thinking about getting a second dog for a while but the logistics weren’t working out. Sorry for your loss, hope your health improves, and I hope your dog’s new situation works out. (Also, screw the haters)

He’s the reason I had to switch from shortstop to second base on my little league team so he can go to hell (just kidding, he’s the nicest guy and a way better shortstop than I ever was)

As much as I loved One Battle After Another, Sinners, Weapons, etc. I still couldn’t knock The Life of Chuck off the top of my list

That one's pretty good but I'm a big fan of the uni-ball signa 207. I thought the notebook was universal but the last one I bought has ruling that's way too small which (for better or worse) has me utilizing my engineer small writing which I'm not loving.

Hell yeah it is. That’s why it was my user name for Unreal Tournament when my roommate and I were slaughtering the guys down the hall freshman year of college. Already have my tickets to see them with Megadeth and Anthrax next year 🤘🏼

What a fun memory! As a young Dodgers fan at the time it seemed like perfect games and no-hitters were commonplace - El Presidente, Tom Browning, Kent Mercker, Kevin Gross (on the good side for once), Fernando. For whatever reason I always loved Dennis though.

On my morning walk I used to pass a house with a Trump yard sign and huge flag on their gate. I would flip it off every time until finally the guy was standing outside and called me out, then stared me down so I finally started using a different route. Finally passed by today and both were gone 😲

I put a bird feeder in my backyard like 6 months ago and not one bird ate from it until about a week ago. Now it's grand central station out there and it's been fascinating seeing the social order of who gets to eat out of the feeder and who has to stay on the ground.
