Removing personnel like Noem, Holman etc are BS since he’ll just replace w/same “yes man” aholes. Must be systemic change. In the proposed appropriations bill, Dems must NOT budge from removing the daily arrest quota by ICE. This is non-negotiable. Grow balls Dems.
