Reheated the soup (with flourish). I had an instagram worthy photo of it but I chose the one with an excellent cameo instead.

No it’s gelatin, most of the fat has been trimmed off and scooped away by the time it sets.

I didn’t reduce the хогодець long enough so while less solid than I would like it did still end up being very tasty. Maybe I should try it over rice?
