The fantasy realms each have a special ability, which changes the weight of all these choices. Some move faster and cross rivers, some take more tax, muster more troops, or excel in offensive or defensive combat. So the calculus changes on each play through.

The VIDEOGAME phase (2025)

I started to play again on a VTT. I remembered how good it was... A mania hit and I spent every second for 10 weeks learning godot from scratch.

There's a valley so deep
it can never be filled
not with all their fine gold
or lost souls or blood spilled.

Our home is their prize
and they'll pay any cost
but we still tell tales
of a peace we long lost.

I'm a child of the valley
and my cradle her hills
soon mother can rest...
