Dinner I made recently. Got these beautiful pork chops from @zanottosmarkets . Reverse seared them. Topped with an herbaceous and tangy parsley pistou. I needed to use leftover leeks and spinach so I put them in orzo with some feta for the side dish. Yum yum yum.
