I cried seeing it animated, seeing how they manage to capture the same energy I felt reading it. I felt like a parent getting to see their child born into this world, laying on my arms and then seeing them one day walking back to them

Since I read the manga not much surprised, this isn’t a bad thing on the Anime just a me thing, but then the skipping scene came

I tend to feel hesitant when it comes to these manga being animated and especially more with Look Back being announced, gladly it was incredible

Of the anime adaptations I watched, Look Back was the first I felt proud to finally see

The part that made me think “ Wow “ was of Fujino skipping in the rain. I couldn’t stop being in awe seeing this for the first time as a part of myself was encapsulated in a sequence of paneling and a double page spread

When it comes to hitting close to home, Look back was the first I ever felt SEEN when experiencing a piece of media from thoughts to actions
