Got too good of a job to consider autism a possibility. I’m too smart to be considered dumb. But I’m not smart enough to keep up with the base line of people that society or they themselves consider to be smart.

I have friends but they feel like people who I’ve just forced myself to be with because there weren’t any better options both for me and them. Missed so many chances at decent relationships due to my inability to read social cues or jumped the gun on showing full interest to an un prepared party
