After the mediocre Onyx Storm, I’ve already returned two books. Now I’m diving into Zodiac Academy, and I’m stuck in a cosmic tug-of-war—I can’t decide if I’m loving it or hating it. The stars must be as confused as I am!

I guess I’ll stick with the loneliness—it’s just part of my nature—but the frustration and self-doubt? Gosh, they’re terrible. Some days, they hit so hard that I can’t manage to write a single word.

I get it—sometimes you have to stop reading when a book goes bad, even if it breaks your heart because you know the writer poured their soul into it.

Sometimes you just need to dive into another activity—or even another world—because let’s be real, living in the real world nowadays is like starring in a low-budget disaster movie. Who needs reality when fantasy comes with an escape hatch?

I guess it depends on the book—if the narrative is too slow, I sometimes forget to read and just watch the words do a lazy waltz on the page. It’s like a sloth disco! 😂

My TBR is so long, they’re gonna need to give me an entire year off—maybe even a sabbatical—just to get through it!
