Feeling this at the moment, my health has declined enough to be obvious to others. Can't stop as I'm a SEN mum and 2 of my boys have battles they need me to fight. Their wellbeing has to be more important. There is energy I can use, I just have to find it.

Mental health issues are not good at any age, but in a child when all help is aimed at teens or over, getting the help you know they need takes a lot of work
