Layoffs are super tough whether you are the one invited to leave or the group left to clean up afterwards. Eventually I was happy about my layoffs. Not immediately, but eventually. It can be disheartening how savage corporate overlords are. it just means kind people are more important than ever. ❤️

I think it is normal to be in a bit of a negative spiral right now. I definitely am. But I am trying really hard to stop it because we need good people with good hearts bringing light during this next period. You’ll get there 😊
