Anyway, the point is that it's ableist to shame someone for the work they feel that they are capable of doing. If all they have energy to do is fight Nazi ideals on social media, no one should be shaming them

The simple act of going out to the place to high five someone can be too much. Messaging and thanking someone though, that's possible. I see that more as a support role rather than organizing and protesting myself.
