I planted the irises along a north facing wall. They get sun all day long. I've fed them and watered on the really hot days. I think they didn't get enough sun at my last property. My roses are better here too.

We bought Freya a paddle pool for Christmas but she didn't like it. She can't swim. But something like that could be ideal.

There is nothing quite like the smell of a new book. The paper. The ink. I like to spend time smelling the book before I start to read. It's quite magical.

Well, I wouldn't have guess that name. I was last in Frankfurt back in the 70's. I wouldn't recognize it now.

I'm sure you're correct. However it was snowing in Victoria earlier this week. We've had nearly 60mls of rain this week, resulting in most of my tulip bulbs rotting before I could lift them.

Freya runs the house. She makes sure we get our exercise each day and makes sure we eat properly. No cereal for dinner here. I'm not sure I'd be as disciplined without her.

You miss them forever. I've recently put my Christmas tree up. I have baubles for each dog to remember them. Bebe used to love running off with the Santa stuffie. Axle loved watching the lights twinkle. Always in our hearts 💗💕💗
