Since I was 18, I have been searching for jobs that require education. Now, after gaining that education, I find that job postings require both experience and education. How can one gain three years of experience if they don’t have the necessary education? What am I missing?

Why ? I know we keep asking but they don’t answer. I got a notification to the guy on my birth certificate FB post so I went to see it. I thought well maybe it’s something positive ? No, it was anti Kamala Harris and anti LGBTQIA pro Trump meme. Why do they hate us so much ?
