I'd imagine that providing space for important services and amenities, as part of the proposed development, can iron out potential issues far more effectively than a local authority attempting to play catch up to the frequent revisions and timeline adjustments common in large scale projects.

I think Channel 4's True Love was one of the better drama series I've seen recently.

The title might lead one to imagine it's light and frothy. It isn't!

Fair enough! I rather enjoy customising all kinds of things, but clearly it's not everyone's choice. Can't help with retail options outside of UK I'm afraid.
