Was working on some falafel but yaboi forgot to soak the chickpeas..hence the fishsticks :/

Bowl on the right is the highlight of today’s “brunch” or “luckfast” or “brunkfesch” or whatever
- mushrooms
- brussels sprouts
- half an onion
^ all diced ^
- s&p, coriander, oregano, thyme, garlic
- red pepper flakes
RECIPE:
- Oil a pan, heat to medium low
