The @iaglr.bsky.social team had the opportunity to visit the school of freshwater sciences at @uwmilwaukee.bsky.social while planning for #IAGLR25. We learnt that UWM was the first to offer a course in limnology in the USA!

In Ontario, the application of solids is allowed in winter under minimum setbacks and incorporation into soil within 6h. I remained shocked to see (and smell) sprayed fields, close to an urban environment.
