Last month we completed recruitment to the full definitive trial of this intervention. This month the results of our feasibility study were finally published - the paper has been with the journal for almost 2 years! #self-harmresearch

Running a trial of a psychological intervention for self-harm in the post pandemic NHS has certainly been a challenge. But, thanks to incredible buy in from services across the country, we have managed to get over the finish line #research
A massive THANK YOU to all our sites, our wonderful lived experience group and everyone involved in the study! Last week we ended recruitment to the FReSH START RCT. Although we are slightly short of our target, we will most likely have a powered trial due to a consistently high follow up rate.
